Where'd the content go?

Hi everyone,
I'm sure you've noticed that the content is a little light all of a sudden. I felt it was time to remove the old stuff. I've still got it thanks to the Export function in Blogger, but it's no longer particularly relevant.
I'll in all likelihood still update, but I'm trying to rein myself in stylistically and retrain myself to hold to some good academic standards, including actually citing things and not cranking the Sarcasmotron up to 11.
This is by no means going to turn into a 100% professional blog, as it IS my personal one (and I don't have a professional one as of yet - nobody needs MY opinions at the moment), but I do need to get the focus back.
Thanks for reading thus far, and do come back from time to time to see what's new. There will be something!
